Amrita Srivastava, Principal Attorney
Amrita Srivastava has held in-house counsel positions at technology companies in Seattle. She has exprience in handling all legal aspects of the business including: formation & organization; negotiation & drafting contracts; settling employee, client and contractor disputes; and advising on intellectual property and employment law.
Amrita graduated from Seattle University School of Law with J.D., Cum Laude. At law school, she received a CALI award for best performance in Payment Law and externed as a Law Clerk at the United States District Court for Western District of Washington for Hon. Monica J. Benton. She was also the northwest regional representative of the National American South Asian Law Students Association.
Apart from regular practice, Amrita volunteers for various organizations such as Washington Association of Attorneys for Community Organizations, Housing Justice Project at Kent, and the Eastside Legal Clinic. She is a member of the South Asian Bar Association of Washington and is fluent in Hindi.
